Our signature tour “Exploring Prague with All Five Senses” gives Manao travellers an indepth experience of the golden city of Prague. We will take you through the city of spires, arches and cobblestone lanes and immerse you in a culture which is as rich as its architecture.
We will live at the foot of the Prague Castle, in the magical and mysterious ‘Mala Strana’ district. We will capture the city’s dazzling sights with our cameras under the guidance of a professional photographer, prepare and taste local cuisine and delicacies at a Czech woman’s home, listen to the Czech language and its music, create the fragrant scents of aromatherapy using locally-grown ingredients and relax with creative floral art. We will also soak up the atmosphere of the city’s famous farmers' markets, stroll through the most distinguished neighborhoods and visit a castle and its gardens just beyond the borders of Prague, where we will also catch a glimpse of the enchanting Bohemian countryside.
With more castles per capita than any other country in Europe and a thriving community of artisans, the Czech Republic is a fascinating place to visit. Come travel with us to enjoy the wonderful sights, both old and new!

In the early morning, it is the most delightful time to walk over the Charles Bridge because you will be able to see more without the crowds. It is also the ideal opportunity to take photographs of one of the oldest parts of the city. We will meet a photographer at the Charles Bridge who will guide us in how to best capture this fairytale city, which is full of spires and arches dating back to the Medieval, Gothic and Baroque periods. After making the most of this quiet and picturesque time on the Charles Bridge, we will return to the hotel for a relaxing breakfast.
Following breakfast, we will take a scenic tram ride over the Vltava River to Vinohrady – which in English means ‘wine castle’, and have a short walking tour around the main square, Namesti Miru where we will admire the Art Nouveau and colorful neo-Renaissance buildings and theaters. We will then attend an aromatherapy workshop where we will learn about the different ingredients used and create perfumes to our liking. After two fragrant and refreshing hours, it will be time to satiate the sense of taste. There are many excellent restaurants and cafes in this area, and we will provide recommendations to you based on your mood and interests.
After stimulating all five of the senses, it will be time for some pampering and relaxing. We will go to a spa in the historical center of Prague where appointments have already been arranged, and we will be cared for by the talented masseuses. Once you enter the salon, you will feel the serenity of the spa and be able to relax and reflect on all your experiences the past few days.
In the evening, you will have personal time to continue to explore the main squares in Prague or you can return to the hotel for a rest. We will have plenty of recommendations for you to enjoy a nice dinner. Overnight accommodation is again at our charming hotel in Mala Strana.

Today we will visit Karlín, a district along the river which has flourished in recent years. We will tour Karlín and its lively farmer’s market. The outdoor markets are very popular in Prague and each one has its own distinct flavor. At the Karlin market, we will find excellent produce, meats and cheeses, handmade ceramics and jewelry, some of which are made from the legendary Czech glass. We will also find kiosks serving traditional Czech dishes made with fresh ingredients from the local farms. It will be easy for us to find a delicious and authentic lunch here.
In the afternoon, we will journey to another UNESCO World Heritage site, the Průhonice Castle and Park, located on the outskirts of Prague. The area includes a commanding neo-renaissance castle and one of the largest landscaped parks in Europe. Our tour guide will share the history of the castle, whose architecture tells the tale of Czech and central European history. First built as a small medieval Gothic castle in the 13th century, it has been destroyed and rebuilt in several different styles over 800 years. At the castle, we will take a floral workshop and enjoy an exclusive private dinner in the historical Knight’s Hall.
